Share Email Opening Title Electronic Games Shift Manager  Description SUMMARY Ensures efficient and effective operation of all casino Electronic Games, helps develop policies and procedures in accordance with state, federal and tribal regulations; ensures that the highest possible standards of guest service is provided; Helps develop and implement departmental business plans and budgets; manages, directs and develops staff; prepares and conducts performance reviews; provides direction and guidance for the Shift. Presents a positive image in the casino and community. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1. Performs management functions such as hiring, training, evaluating and providing feedback to supervisors and staff; provides direction and guidance for the shift. 2. Helps implement departmental business plans and budgets, adhering to established guidelines, timetables and approved resources. 3. Ensures that internal controls and all tribal gaming policies as well as state and federal regulations are followed. 4. Provides input and helps with resolution concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention in order to maintain highest level of operation. 5. Oversees the performance and productivity of all Electronic Games employees on their shift and helps deliver unparalleled Electronic Game experience for the guests. 6. Assists in conduct investigations to ensure compliance with company policies and maintaining employee integrity levels. 7. Responsible for verifying and ensuring payouts of large jackpots and other awards are properly executed. 8. Assists in assessment of the integrity of all electronic games. 9. Oversees protection of company assets on all electronic games. 10. Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.   Position Requirements EDUCATION High School Diploma Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred EXPERIENCE Minimum of 18 Months as an EG Floor Rep. and minimum of 2 years progressive supervisory experience.
