What You Will Be Doing:
The People and Culture Assistant will support the P&C (People & Culture) Department in a variety of administrative duties and tasks. This position will be responsible for handling ongoing compliance to support the People and Culture Department.
Primary Job Responsibilities
The People and Culture Assistant will:
- A Enter data in the Enterprise Governance sheet.
- Handles I9 filling.
- File all certifications.
- Responsible for the offboarding process for staff.
- All other duties as assigned to assist with any aspect of the Boundless organization and the HR functions to support.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year's experience in HR.
- Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Required Licensure/Certification:
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.
Preferred Experience:
- One year of experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals.
