This position is responsible for responding to in-person, email, and phone inquiries from the public, other Town departments and outside agencies. Advanced computer skills. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Valid Colorado Driver’s License at time of employment. Ability to review, interpret and analyze maps., graphs, site plans, plats, and regulatory documents.   PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Bachelor’s or master’s degree in planning or closely related field.
