Job Summary:
You will ?support the director in departmental planning and monitoring progress, provide leadership, plan, direct, coordinate, supervise, and oversees staff to ensure client needs and program objectives are accomplished, and enhance productivity and ensures compliance.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist with the overall function, direction, coordination, and evaluation of the program
  • Support program's vision and assist in accomplishing the program's short and long-term goals
  • Assist manager with project proposal, procedures for accomplishing projects, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project
  • Access training resources and provides ongoing education to staff; mentor and educate staff on community and internal resources for effective service provision; provide community education
  • Complete monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports as assigned
  • Assist in maintaining, and monitoring budgets and assist in the development of plans to increase revenue, as assigned
  • Conduct quality assurance activities as assigned
  • Engage in marketing activities to pursue referral sources as assigned
  • Support and maintain a system of services to support programs' efforts
  • Perform administrative functions as assigned

  • Professional License (e.g. LCSW, PC, etc.) as required by program
  • Valid driver's license is required and must be insurable by agency's automobile insurance.

Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have:

Two years minimum receptionist experience in the medical or mental health field

Person-centered approach to communicating information to customers clients and other employees of the organization

Ability to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions

Must have strong customer service skills

General knowledge of all insurance benefit and coverage

Knowledge of all Patient Accounting systems including Navinet is a plus.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills PC proficiency must be skilled in Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel

Must have the ability to multi-task and handle heavy work volumes as well as work independently
