Assists with devising inspection set ups, gauges, devices, procedures, and oversees their application. Inspect parts in support of operation needs as required through Incoming and Final Inspection Provide feedback to the operators as required Assure parts and processes are moving in a timely fashion. This includes daily maintenance and monitoring of the quality related TCM "A" codes to assure all parts are moving timely through the shop floor. Submit routine foundry checks and record results. Notify proper personnel if out of compliance. Maintains the Calibration Program including cost controls. Main facilitator for the IRR System and its documentation. Main facilitator for the Material Review Board Preliminary investigation of IRR especially toward determination of root cause. Determines reasons for defects and deviations. Responsible for the maintenance and documentation of the Long Term Hold Cabinet. Maintains the QA Lab and company areas for safety and standards compliance.     Location Menomonee Falls, WI   This position is currently not accepting applications.
