FT Social Worker- TFC

Join our team as a Social Worker with the Treatment Foster Care program.


What are the primary responsibilities of this position?

  • Oversee treatment foster care
  • Licensing, training and support for foster homes
  • Ensure foster parent compliance with licensing rules
  • Case management of youth placed by local county agencies
  • Direct services to placed youth
  • Coordination of short-term respite placements
  • Possible supervision of program interns
  • Program marketing and recruitment of new foster homes

Experience

  • Two years of previous human services work preferred

 

Education

  • Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a human services field with a valid WI social work license or a current WI social work training certificate.

 

Additional Requirements

  • Maintain the foster care emergency on-call phone on a rotating basis

 

License & Certification

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Insurable
