Community Health Care, Inc. is growing and our IT Department is expanding. As a Help Desk Specialist, you will provide first level contact to CHC end users in technical assistance, software instruction/support, routine system maintenance, tracking, routing, and properly escalating unresolved tickets to the next level of support.
The ideal Help Desk Specialist is:
- Able to problem solve through technology
- Great communicator over the phone and online platforms
- Understanding of help desk software, databases, and remote control capabilities
- Customer service oriented
- Able to troubleshoot while multi-tasking
- Always learning and growing
Preferred IT Help Desk Specialist experience includes:
- Ethernet and wireless network
- Comprehensive troubleshooting
- Medical or Insurance Office experience
- Thorough knowledge of computers and word processing programs
- Outlook, Access, Excel, PowerPoint Experience
- Office 365 and SharePoint
