Since 1971, Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board has provided a comprehensive continuum of high-quality, essential, and community-based services to citizens of the Peninsula who are affected by mental illness, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders.
The Revenue Cycle Manager is directly and primarily responsible for all fee based revenue received by the agency. The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsibile is for all aspects of the agency's billing and reimbursement (accounts receivable) system. Included in the billing system are direct client billing, Medicaid, Medicare, and private third party payers. Also included in the reimbursement system is responsibility for obtaining entitlement eligibility for clients, financial reporting, maintenance of a complex automated billing system, and preparation of policies and procedures for clinical staff.

Requirements: Degree in Business Management, Accounting or related field and 3-5 years’ experience with automated healthcare billing/reimbursement system or 10+ years of experience. Previous supervisory experience required.
The selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.
