The Habilitation Specialist provides a variety of functions in support to the ICF/IDD individuals in the areas of psycho-social, functional skills development, community reintegration, monitors functional community living, home-living, vocational training programs, completes habilitation assessments, develops all training objectives, purchase all training materials, develops and monitors all habilitation training binders, facilitate all staff training on habilitation objectives, completes required documentation, and performs administrative duties.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or Intellectual and Developmental Disability Education and one (1) year experience providing habilitation or IDD educational assessments. ICF/IDD experience preferred.
Valid Driver's License.
The selected candidate must successfully pass a criminal history fingerprint background investigation, DMV record check, Child Registry search, drug screening test and employment reference checks.
