Position Summary:

As a Spa Receptionist at Edgewood Tahoe you set a warm and welcoming tone for the Spa Edgewood experience. You provide knowledgeable service from scheduling to acting as a host to our guests. Ensuring uninterrupted serenity and facility cleanliness are top priority. The most important characteristic of our team is that we love inspiring lasting memories for our guests. In this position you exhibit excellence in your commitment to our guests. Reimage luxury hospitality with us.

Essential Functions:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and offer refreshments. You may escort guest through the facility to get them acquainted with our stunning spa with a tour. You are the interface between guests and treatment provider.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule services and respond appropriately to guest inquiries/concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction. Establish a good rapport! Know our spa menu and promotions.
  • Oversee spa/salon front desk operations including retail sales. Maintain product knowledge.
  • Accurately follow all cash handling procedures.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the facility. Checklists and SOPs will guide you.
  • Coordinate with staff and management on VIP’s, special requests, group arrivals, etc.
  • Work with management to improve the guest experience. From guest recovery to outstanding inquiry.
  • Other duties as assigned. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.
 
Position Requirements

Qualifications/Special Skills:

  • YOU ARE an energetic service focused individual with a passion for providing luxury service.
  • Professional with previous experience in hospitality a plus.
  • Computer efficient. You will need to master our spa booking program.
  • Excellent phone etiquette. Communicate well.
  • Solution oriented and guest focused.
  • Ability to multitask. Attention to detail. Time management. Ensure exceptional service.
  • Professional with previous experience in hospitality a plus.
  • Available to work varied shifts when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
