JOB SUMMARY: The IT Support Analyst (Level I) provides installation, maintenance, and day-to-day support for users of George School's information technology and audio-visual hardware, software, network and related systems and services. This position helps support campus events and meetings that require the use of IT and audio-visual technology. This position works with the ITS team to support end users through training and documentation.   Position Requirements Bachelor's degree or an IT professional certification and some IT service experience. Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills and the ability to work independently on multiple assignments and to work collaboratively within a team. Technical knowledge of modern Microsoft Windows and/or Apple macOS desktop operating systems. Technical knowledge of modern mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android. Technical knowledge of client and server services in a Microsoft Windows Active Directory environment. Ability to pick up and move heavy equipment. Discretion, respect and ability to maintain confidentiality. Technical knowledge of audiovisual equipment such as projectors, PA sound systems, and microphones and of the processes and systems required in the mass deployment of desktops/laptops using industry standard tools, preferred. Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services, including Azure Active Directory and Intune and of network technologies including DHCP, TCP/IP, wireless network, and basic switching and routing concepts, preferred.
