Share Email Opening Title EIT (eLearning and Instructional Technology) Manager  Post Internal Days 10   Description Annual Salary Range  $50,000 - $60,000 TRAVEL REQUIREMENT: 20% with a range of 100 miles Essential Functions: Manage Training Staff. •             Create eLearning/In-person training content. •             Develop, assign, track all LMS eLearning. •             LMS (Learning Management System) administration. •             Presentation skills proficiency. •             Deliver training via multiple methods (classroom, computer-based, etc.). •             Performs other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements Requirements: Knowledge of instructional design/content development software (for rendering video or 3d animations, SCORM authoring software, Animaker, Photoshop, Audacity etc. •     Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction            for individuals and groups, and measurement of training effects. •     Knowledge of adult learning theories and their applications. •      Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as Word, managing files             and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. •       Ability to effectively evaluate the effectiveness of a training program and modify as needed. •       Ability to demonstrate effective coaching, counseling, and teaching in a learning environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred. 4-6 years of related training or experience in lieu of degree. Minimum Experience: Authoring Tools (e. g. Articulate, iSpring, Adobe Captivate proficiency. Video Editing and Screen Recording (Adobe/TechSmith Products) proficiency.
