Responsibilities: Provide support for workstations running Microsoft Windows and MacOS Install operating system updates on laptops Assist in management of corporate mobile devices Change, audit, and delete user accounts per request Assist in maintaining corporate images for laptops Deploy laptops for staff Onboard new employees Perform minor laptop repair and component replacement Assist with NetSPI's physical security Light Datacenter duties as needed Assist with SAN Administration Assist with management of cloud infrastructure Assist with on call rotation Provide in-person support for NetSPI employees in the Minneapolis office Act as the first point of contact for inbound IT tickets Work in conjunction with the Information Security team Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in technical support capacity Customer driven attitude Strong problem solving and communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Certifications such as Network+ or Security+   Location Minneapolis   About the Organization NetSPI is a fast-growing, dynamic cybersecurity company headquartered in the North Loop of Minneapolis.
