Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The Lead Technician will be responsible for delivering an elevated level of service experience in a direct to consumer environment, while mentoring a team of technicians.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Provide top of the line customer experience
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all aspects of the VinFast automobile
  • Monitor the technical team’s performance through KPI’s
  • Communicate and collaborate with all members of the service team
  • Follow correct repair order documentation of all repair procedures
  • Review appointment schedule, and allocate work to achieve throughput goals
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences
  • Create and maintain a clean working environment, leading by example
  • Creatively solve customer concerns in a fast-paced work environment
  • Work with the appropriate management software to properly document the customer vehicle repair process
  • Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience
  • 21+ years of age, to comply with company driving policy
  • Ability to drive a work truck/trailer
  • Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to use basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, as well as learn proprietary DMS software
  • EPA 609 Certification
  • ASE Certification(s)
  • Must possess a valid driver license
