The Soccer Operations Coordinator will report directly to the Soccer Coaching Staff and will assist in overseeing all aspects of operating a successful intercollegiate athletic program. The primary purpose of the Soccer Operations Coordinator is to assist the Soccer Coaching Staff in both internal and external operations related to the functioning of the soccer programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The candidate must be willing to work evenings/weekends as needed and drive vans as needed.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Under the leadership of the Coaching Staff, the Soccer Operations Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Team Travel
- Logistics: Transportation, Lodging, Meals
- Various Communication
- Roster, scheduling changes, game day operations with opposing teams, current teams and officials
- Teamworks
- Scheduling, inputting information, creating forms
- Recruitment
- Disseminate information to high schools and clubs
- Communicate with recruits via ARI
- Update OCU Athletics Reporting/ARI platform on a weekly basis
- Social Media
- Photos/videos in team settings
- Maintain social media sites
- Game Day Operations
- Rosters
- Communicating with opposing coaches
- Away - ensuring coaching staff has information regarding trip details
- Monitor yellow/red cards
- Academic itineraries
- Overnight Trips
- General Administrative Assistant duties
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong public speaking skills that connect with college students and student-athletes
- Strong administrative and organizational skills

- Ability to network with other coaches to continue growth professionally
PREFERRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Sports Business Management or Business Management
- 2-3 years relevant experience or a combination of education and experience working/competing in a collegiate athletic environment
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification (current)
- Previous experience in higher education
- Experience in spiritual mentoring and development
- Skill and Ability:
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
- Experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premier, Lightroom etc.)
- Experience with additional website, photo and video editing platforms and applications
