CNSNext Sales Coordinator 


Candidate assists sales team with the facilitation and coordination of advertising and telecommunication sales and marketing initiatives. Coordinate office services, such as, ad insertion, set up commercial broadband services, records control, and other administrative activities.

Oversees the Advertising Sales ad insertion process. Enters all advertising schedules and traffic changes and monitors for changes to schedules. Ensures that any make-up ad placements occur and are entered correctly.

Creates and maintains client and agency profiles for both active and inactive advertising accounts.

Assists with maintaining electronic billing profiles and history for national and regional accounts. Custom bills for in-house ad production, outside ad production and voice overs, special projects and miscellaneous billing.

Handles in-house and NCC accounts, spot deliveries and traffic updates.

Maintains calendar and scheduling for CNS advertising and ad production.

Maintains spot encoding log and pending ad production log, to include generating appropriate reports. Maintains all electronic logs generated for ad insertion.

Responsible for scheduling all in house CNS advertising including cross channel promotions.

Maintains client tape/commercial library.

Assist CNSNext broadband sales team by creating new service accounts, scheduling new service installations, and work orders.

Position Requirements

Experience in customer service/administration or equivalent job experience in related field, 2-4 years minimum experience.

High School Diploma

Good typing & basic computer skills are essential.

Excellent communication & organizational skills are a must.

Physical/Environmental Requirements Mobility to work in typical office settings using standard office equipment is required. In addition, vision to read printed materials and computer screen and hearing and speech to communicate in person or over the telephone.
