Email Opening Apply Now Title Assistant Community Outreach Specialist  Category Construction   Description The Corradino Group has an immediate opportunity for an Assistant Community Outreach Specialist for the Treasure Coast. This position entails assisting our team's Community Outreach Specialists with various assignments, such as: project research, database creations, mailouts, as well as document drafts and translations. The candidate will also assist with community outreach activities, including but not limited to door-to-door outreach and planning public meetings and special events. Other duties will also be assigned as necessary as well. Job Duties: Assist with handling public inquiries Perform project and stakeholder research Create and maintain project and stakeholder databases Help prepare & disseminate project collateral materials to the public Perform door-to-door outreach with Community Outreach Specialists Attend project progress meetings and community meetings when needed Help develop weekly project update reports and lane closure reports Assist with creating social media & web content Help prepare information for project website updates Help translate documents into other languages Help Community Outreach Specialist(s) plan public meetings and events Help build and maintain community relationships Create and maintain Project Inquiry Log(s) Assist with project mailouts Perform other relevant tasks and duties as-needed   Position Requirements Position Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (Communications, Public Relations, Marketing preferred) Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Publisher, Excel) Excellent communication skills – written & verbal Exceptional organizational skills Extensive customer service experience Comfortable with public speaking environments Strong multi-tasking abilities Corradino is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Since its inception in 1970, The Corradino Group has become a national leader in the fields of engineering, planning, and construction management.
