Share Email Opening Title PT Mental Health Practitioner- Day Treatment  Description Join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner for the Day Treatment Program in Winona, MN! As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing skills to Day Treatment clients in the community, usually in their home or at school. What are the primary responsibilities of this Mental Health Practitioner position?
