Share Email Opening Apply Now Title PT Mental Health Practitioner- Day Treatment  Description Join our team as a Mental Health Practitioner for the Day Treatment Program in Winona, MN.   As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing skills to Day Treatment clients in the community, usually in their home or at school.   What are the primary responsibilities of this Mental Health Practitioner position? Assessing functionality Developing rehabilitative treatment plans Maintaining client file documentation in accordance with DHS licensing standards Crisis prevention and de-escalation Medication monitoring Working with residents toward goals in mental health recovery in group and individual formats ***This position has a focus on clients with mental health needs ***   Benefits at FCC Paid time off through accrued vacation & 9 recognized holidays – plus an additional floating holiday!  Life insurance covered 100% by FCC.
