ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as a PCC primary contact for ORR Federal UAC portal onsite to include answering inquires as to type and method of necessary data collection, serve as a liaison with ORR, and distributing and granting ORR Federal UAC portal administrative and usage rights.
• Partner with Data Unit Lead to streamline information collection and dissemination processes within departments and, where appropriate, eliminate internal spreadsheets and incorporate VisionLink reporting functions that meet both federal requirements and improve the effectiveness of shelter staff to care for children.
• Partner with Data Manager and salient federal government data volunteers to create and professionalize data analytics and visualizations across the site.
• Serve as responsible party for several reports daily, ensuring both accuracy and timeliness for various internal and external (often) government stakeholders.
• Continually monitor scope and necessity of access to sensitive data across departments.
• Using data systems, reduce where possible inefficiencies and duplicate data entry between federal UAC portal and VisionLink.
• Aid in case management discharge process development and changes in coordination with embedded data operations employees and Case Management Department Leadership.
• Aid in medical records discharge process development and changes in coordination with embedded data operations employees and Medical Records Department Leadership
• Aid in planning, procurement, and staff training for relevant software programs to aid in collection and production of data.
• Aid in planning, procurement, and staff training for relevant physical assets/hardware (copiers, scanners, printers, computers, phones, scanners, etc.) to aid in collection and production of data.
• Build and lead rapid response teams when necessary to meet data entry and integrity requirements.
• Manage between 8-14 staff across shelter, case management, and medical data departments, aiding the team in prioritizing tasks and ensuring follow-through.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field required.
EXPERIENCE:
• Process/Project Management Experience: History of creation and implementation of SOP's
• Intermediate-advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, to include pivot tables, filtering, analysis and list production
• Database administration and/or management experience preferred
• Management experience highly desirable
• Basic Data visualization skills preferred
• Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) experience a plus
LICENSES: Driver’s License with clear record. Child Life Certification, CPR Certification
OTHER: Data Operations Deputy must be 21 years or older. Must be available and willing to travel to various locations including Pecos Children’s Center with such frequency as the business need dictates. Must not pose a direct threat or significant risk of substantial harm to the safety or health of himself/herself or others.
