The ideal candidate is someone that is confident, friendly and has a positive attitude. You work closely with the Branch Manager, Operations Manager and the Field department on daily basis. Essential Functions and Duties: Answer incoming phone calls Learn our internal software to maintain customer base & enter jobs Responsible for invoicing sales transactions Receiving and Processing Material Sales orders. Providing Quotes for Material Sales (light estimating) Willingness to learn and proficiently use Viewpoint for Material Sales Quotes and Sales Tickets Distributing invoices via email or mail Assisting with credit app approvals Accounts receivable - posting payments, making deposits, sending statements & assist with collections Monthly office supply ordering Lead on monthly sales inventory & report submittal Assist with technical support for phones for the field employees; setting up new phones for new hires Assist with new hire onboarding, preparing training documents & room Assist with weekly field safety call Assist with maintaining field compliance; Scheduling drivers for various training General Filing Other duties as assigned   Position Requirements ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Insures that all Company Policies and Procedures are followed precisely for the management of the rental equipment fleet. Additional responsibilities as directed by Management Team Insures the accuracy of the branch's rental/sales paperwork through research, resolution, and reconciliation of any discrepancies in systems used for parts, merchandise, and fleet inventory. Insure timeliness of all rental fleet activities and reporting. May assist in the coordination of rental fleet Cycle Counts and Physical Inventories.
