We are seeking an Divison Manager for our Navy/Rosenblatt Maritime Technology Division located in the Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area. Meet with potential customers to present TCG capabilities and understand their requirements. Engage with teaming partners to present TCG capabilities and understand their capabilities. Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and customers to ensure proper operations. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols. Ensure that operational activities remain on time and profitable. Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed. Meet with potential customers to present TCG capabilities and understand their requirements. Engage with teaming partners to present TCG capabilities and understand their capabilities. Assist in the development of solutions to customer challenges.
