We are seeking an Divison Manager for our Navy/Rosenblatt Maritime Technology Division located in the Washington, DC / Northern Virginia area. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Manage the Navy/Rosenblatt division on a day to day basis.
  • Ability to grow the divisional revenue of the company.
  • Meet with potential customers to present TCG capabilities and understand their requirements.
  • Engage with teaming partners to present TCG capabilities and understand their capabilities.
  • Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and customers to ensure proper operations.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
  • Ensure that operational activities remain on time and profitable.
  • Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
  • Meet with potential customers to present TCG capabilities and understand their requirements.
  • Engage with teaming partners to present TCG capabilities and understand their capabilities.
  • Assist in the development of solutions to customer challenges.
  • Ability to assist in writing business proposals a plus.
 
Position Requirements

Required Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least one year of experience working in a Navy program and/or contracting environment.
  • Strong Program Management and BD skills.
  • Skilled in budget development and oversight.
  • Proficiency in conflict management and business negotiation processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in gathering requirements and proposing potential solutions.
  • Strong proficiency in speaking and writing in English; ability to interact and present technical information verbally and in writing to internal and external customers and senior management.
  • Energetic and willing to acquire new skills, stay on top of industry trends, and continuously improve.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
  • US Citizenship is a prerequisite.

Preferred Education, Skills and Experience:

  • Work experience with the U.S. Navy, DOD a plus.
  • Experience in proposal writing, business development, outside marketing and/or sales.

Some TCG customers require individuals providing support to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommendations.
