Since 1896, we have helped people gain self-reliance, dignity and hope.

Program Description Avanti Center for Girls is a 6-9 month residential treatment program, providing a therapeutic living environment and specialized clinical services to adolescent girls experiencing mental health crisis. The program uses the Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) treatment model to stabilize symptoms and create lasting change in the lives of our clients and their families.  
Position Status This is a paid position  
Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time  

Primary Duty:
Responsible for the supervision and management of the program residents.  Accountable for the implementation of treatment plans and documentation of resident's functioning within the treatment environment

Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt  
Position Requirements

*High School Diploma/GED
*BA/BS in Social Service Field preferred


Other Skills/Requirements:
*Behavior management; limit setting
*Crisis intervention techniques
*Valid drivers license with a good driving record
*Related experience with adolescents in residential/hospital setting preferred
*21 years of age
