Must be able to prepare forecasts and annual budgets; must have experience in the analysis and reconciliation of the financial and operating statements and reporting of variances; tracking key performance indicators, with proven productivity improvements; cost reductions/control; and leadership/team-building history. Responsibilities: Manages the preparation of annual departmental and company consolidated budgets; Manage and assist in the preparation of company monthly financial statements; Manage and assist in the preparation of company inventory reconciliations and General Ledger account reconciliations; Manage the preparation of monthly accounting schedules; Manages the analysis and reconciliation of the financial and operating statements, including variance reporting; Provide accounting and financial analysis to leadership team as required; Track KPIs and provide analysis to facility leadership; Assists with vendor relationships and accounts as required; Manages the supervision and oversight of Finance Department employees; Manages the local Accounts Payable functions; Fixed asset management and capital appropriations management; Oversee remote subsidiary locations to ensure compliance with Company policies and process; Assist in financial modeling for new products and service lines, facilities, etc. Support Internal and external audit as part of the larger Dassault US legal entity.   Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management or Finance. CPA license preferred. Three (3) to five (5) years actual experience at the Staff Accountant level with working knowledge of cost accounting, with two (2) to five (5) years in an Accounting Supervisory position preferred. Must have knowledge of cost accounting, standard labor costs and absorption, forecast and budgeting activities, and financial statement preparation. Ability to work with and assist various levels of management, as well as interfacing with production systems and personnel. Financial modeling experience including new start-up experience, a strong plus. Experience in auditing a plus. SAP and Corridor experience preferred.
