Work is completed in-office and home visits are required. Duties will include assessing the social and emotional needs of elderly, assessing managing groups, developing and implementing written case plans, providing information regarding health, welfare, education and recreation services, screening clients for benefits and conducting assessments.   Position Requirements Requires BSW, experience conducting case work and working with elderly.
