The goal is to create a clean, sanitary, environment for our residents and guests. You will be responsible for cleaning apartments and common areas, disposing of trash, changing beds linens and notifying maintenance of any issues. Responsibilities: Performs housekeeping for residents and throughout the community in accordance with established guidelines as required in community policy and procedures. Cleans bathroom, kitchen area, changing sheets on bed, mopping and dusting, etc. Completes tasks according to preferences and expectation of community management and residents. Collects trash and cleans work areas, common areas and places trash in designated pick-up areas. Maintains housekeeping and cleaning equipment and materials needed to perform work in a clean and orderly condition. Reports observations regarding structural and equipment wear, defects and malfunctions and any other required repairs to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Prepares all apartments prior to occupancy by residents. Responds promptly, courteously, and appropriately to resident requests for services.
