Exp. Required) Compensation and Benefits The salary range is $75 - $85k. Position Summary As an Engineering Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting engineering talent for various roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful hiring outcomes. In this role, you will: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top engineering talent. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and qualifications. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members Communicate job offers and negotiate terms of employment with candidates. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to develop job descriptions and define candidate requirements. Utilize social media, job boards, and other recruiting channels to identify potential candidates. Attend job fairs and other recruiting events to build relationships with potential candidates and promote the organization as an employer of choice. Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Provide regular updates and reports to hiring managers and other stakeholders on the status of open positions and recruiting efforts.   Position Requirements Essential Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 2+ years of experience in engineering recruitment in the medical devices industry Strong understanding of engineering job functions and requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience using various applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. Familiarity with legal requirements related to hiring and employment.
