Will provife PHP/IOP level of care. Clients are generally referred from hospital settings as part of discharge or varied outpatient providers, self-referrals and schools. Family sessions are to review treatment and progress. Clinicians are expected to do documentation in our EMR (with training). Hours worked are varied and can be 8:30am to 4:30pm, 9am to 5pm or 10am to 6pm.   Position Requirements Candidates must be Connecticut licensed and have at least a year of experience working with either population in a mental health treatment setting that includes facilitating groups, conducting individual and family sessions.   This position is currently not accepting applications.
