As a Business Data Analyst, you would be supporting call center operations. You will help monitor, report, alert, and guide data-driven decisions. Answer ad-hoc and timely data-driven questions for operations. Send one-off datasets to anyone in the organization. You would be interacting across multiple departments to scope out data analysis needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business, supply chain, marketing, finance, mathematics, data analytics or related fields with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong SQL and data skills
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and an excellent communicator
- Experience in applying analytics to make decisions
- Derive insights from data
- Highly proficient in MS Office products, especially Excel
- 1+ year of call center or fintech experience
- Self-starter and self-reliant
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Fintech, Underwriting experience
- Experience using Power BI and connecting to various data types generated from Power BI
- Experience supporting data analytics projects
- Call center data analysis experience
- Exposure to Python
