Job Description

Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve an Administrative Assistant II at The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) IGH to provide administrative support services. BEP is a government agency within the US Department of Treasury that designs and produces a variety of security products for the US Government i.e., paper money (Federal Reserve Notes) for the Federal Reserve. IGH shall provide a variety of administrative support services to Senior Executives, Managers and Supervisors to include work directly related to the management or general business operations for various program offices within BEP.

 
Position Requirements

Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive):

  • Provide support to senior leadership and their offices within BEP.
  • This support shall be provided on an as needed basis. Offices include but not limited to the Chief Financial Office, Chief Information Office, Management Office, Quality Office, Manufacturing Office, etc.
  • Perform varied administrative and support tasks necessary to facilitate the goals, objectives, and priorities of senior leadership.
  • Tasks may include but are not limited to telephone requests, maintenance of leadership calendars, scheduling meetings, reviewing documentation, developing PowerPoint presentations, working on special projects, developing memorandums, developing reports, etc.
  • Shall be required to work independently.
  • Performs varied administrative and support tasks required for executive management.
  • Responsibilities may include screening calls; managing calendars; making travel, meetings and event arrangements; conducting research; preparing reports and data; customer relations; special projects.

Skills / Certifications:

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Requires strong computer and Internet research skills, project coordination experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, outside clients and vendors. Sensitivity to confidential matters may be required.
  • Advanced experience with general office software programs and standard office equipment

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience: 4 years

Personnel filling this position must successfully complete a Background Investigation conducted by the United States Government Office of Personnel Management prior to reporting for work.

This position is contingent upon award of a contract.
