Job Description for Business Analyst
Please note - this is a Non-IT role
The Process Excellence team is comprised of experienced professionals trained in Lean Six Sigma and other process automation and improvement methodologies. We have a unique set of skills including Agile Methodology, Change Management, Operations Efficiency and Management, Business Acumen, Strategic Vision, and Training and Development.
Working with Business units / Project Managers to identify the overall scope of the projects
Works with Reporting team to conduct Data analysis to identify the volumes and current FTE's and proposed FTE
Works with Documentation Analyst to prepare standard operating procedures
Communication with Business Units and Project manager on progress and ensure all timelines are met
Works closely with Global Services organization to align with the current strategy
Review current process flows and develop proposed process flows incorporating all the changes
