TicketNetwork is seeking a for a reliable, organized, detail-oriented HR professional must be fluent in Turkish to act as an HR Liaison for its off-shore function in Turkey. As a member of the US-HR Team you will provide operational support, ensure implementation of company policies and procedures at our off-shore operation, and most importantly drive direct communication between management in US and its employees working in Turkey. In this role, under the guidance of the HR Leadership you will collaborate and consult with all levels of employees on a wide range of HR functions including staffing, training and development, employee relations, employee leave, conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement. You will effectively administer HR programs, policies, and procedures to assist the organization in upholding compliance and continuing to grow its international operation.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maintains knowledge of employment laws and regulations, regulatory changes, and recommended best practices in Turkey and US; reviews company policies and practices to maintain compliance at federal, state, and local level.
• Participate in developing, updating, and implementing policies and procedural manuals.
• Train existing and new managers of off-shore employees at Turkey on policies and procedures, HRIS-time tracking tools, employee and performance management expectations, and any other policy or rule changes.
• Facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions both in Turkey and in US as needed; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications, review employment contracts, conducts new hire orientation, and facilitates on-boarding.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff
• Participates in progressive disciplinary process by consulting with managers and assisting them in creating and delivering written notices as needed with a focus on implementing functional performance plans where necessary for its off-shore employees.
• Participates in dispute resolutions and investigations; and in off-boarding process by conducting exit interviews, termination meetings for its off-shore employees as needed.
• Performs other routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation; benefits and leave; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development for company's off-shore employees as needed.
• Assist in immigration applications for first time petition, extensions and tracking of priority dates for off-shore employees.

Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English is a must. Any other foreign language skills a plus.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
Experience:
• 2-3 year of human resource management experience.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience required.
• Experience working in Turkey a plus
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
