JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Ascertains their dining/lodging needs
• Seats guests and manage the seating chart
• Must maintain personal grooming standards and an attractive image to align and further the overall theme of the venues.
• Pose for pictures, in uniform or designated (logo) apparel, for promotional activities.
• Participate and appear in marketing, publicity, or media materials.
Participate and dress up in costumes for events, movie showings, and/or themed parties.
• Check in guests at the main entry of AREA15 and subjectively suggest upsells to Experience passes and/or bottle service
• Respond to guest concerns/complaints and correct errors or resolve complaints with a positive attitude
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company standards
• Ability to maintain composure and stay focused
• Ability to maintain personal integrity
• Model Hostess’ are responsible for ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed
• Assists others with side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, folding silverware, etc
• Helps fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships
• Be a brand advocate by providing visitors with accurate information regarding our venues, menus, and pricing
• Ensure the proper set up of host stations and ensure they are clean and organized.
• Adhere to Department and the company specific safety policies
• Must communicate effectively with all levels of employees and visitors. Ability to stay organized, handle various projects at one time, follow up and make accurate decisions
Consistently delivers exceptional service in a professional manner maintaining dialogue with all visitors and staff
• Monitor potentially intoxicated and/or disruptive guests and promptly bring to manager’s attention
• Distribute and collect all items needed for the day’s operations. Menus, headphones, etc.
• Set up venue for full operation, ensure all supplies, product, and tools are fully ready for operations as instructed
• Inspect and maintain assigned area, including taking count for inventory, restock necessary product and supplies
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workstation in accordance with Clark County health standards
• Requires the ability to follow instructions and work within a team environment.
• Work requires schedule flexibility which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat environment on a consistent basis.
• Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management.
• Must be self-motivated and willing to learn
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or over
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Requires a minimum of 3-6 months experience in food and beverage services within a high-volume venue
• Valid work cards (Health Card)
• Must be able to work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke
• Must be able to work in dark environment that features flashing lights
• Must be able to push and lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work from a standing position for the entire duration of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to perform reaching and stooping motions repeatedly
• Must have the ability to work all seasons in outdoor settings withstanding high and low temperatures, heat, and sun exposure
