To maximize this growth and engagement, we are looking to add a creative B2B social media marketer to our team.

As Community Growth & Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing the company’s social media strategy to expand our industry communities — and nurture them with content that address their biggest challenges and interests. The successful candidate will possess several years of hands-on experience in B2B social media particularly on LinkedIn and demand generation.


  • Develop and implement social media marketing strategy and guidelines for growing our followers/connections on LinkedIn (and other platforms), promoting our content, and driving web traffic and conversion activities.
  • Write engaging copy that captures our target audiences’ attention and persuades them to act
  • Design eye-catching visual content to accompany campaigns.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign scheduling and execution on LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Work with internal market-focused groups to identify important audience personas/segments and the optimal content (articles, podcasts, webinars, etc.) and messaging to engage them.
  • Collaborate with other internal groups (editorial, design, development, etc.) on campaign development and execution, as necessary.
  • Continually monitor, analyze, and report on performance for ongoing improvement.
  • Stay up to date on new and emerging social media channels, technologies, trends, and best practices.
Position Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of B2B social media marketing experience, managing campaigns (organic and paid) on LinkedIn and other social platforms
  • Prior experience setting and executing day-to-day social strategy
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to translate complex topics into simple, digestible, and engaging copy
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics and other reporting platforms to measure and improve results
  • Demonstrated project management skills and high attention to detail
  • Collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Awareness of the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends
  • Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Familiarity with the life sciences industry (or other highly technical sector)
  • Experience with demand generation across non-social channels (SEO, email, etc.)
