Share Email Opening Title School-Based Health Coordinator  Post Internal Days 0   Description CHC has an exciting opportunity to expand care through School-Based Health initiatives. As a School-Based Health Coordinator, you will organize and manage school-based health care schedules and operations while following established standards and practice within the parameters of the Nurse Practice Acts of the States of Iowa and Illinois. This supervisory role is designed to provide support professional nursing care under the supervision of the CMO and/or medical providers and manages a support team of Medical Assistants, LPNs, RN's, and other Behavioral Health professionals.
