Position Experiential Designer  


Are you a highly experienced and creative professional with a passion for designing unforgettable experiences? AREA15, the world's first purpose-built experiential entertainment complex, is searching for a seasoned Experiential Designer to join our innovative team in Las Vegas. They are self-motivated with the persistence to gain work and follow-through to continue building the brand standard. The position plays a pivotal role in turning AREA15 vision into reality. The position directly reports to Sr. Experiential Designer.

Position Requirements


As an Experiential Designer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conceptualizing, designing, and implementing attraction, events, and live show design elements.
  • Creating comprehensive show set drawings using proficient hand and computer drafting skills.
  • Collaborating with our creative team on the conception and development of new projects.
  • Monitoring construction progress to identify and resolve discrepancies between the construction, drawings, and design intent.
  • Presenting updates and leading others in design and installation teams.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Create ART! experience for guests, vendors and coworkers.
  • Be available to respond to time sensitive matters.
  • Perform other work-related duties.



The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 7 years’ experience in themed entertainment design and production.
  • Exceptional skills in the development and communication of show set designs and concepts.
  • Ability to supervise and lead vendors, provide technical, managerial, and artistic leadership on projects.
  • The capability to act as a single point of contact on assignments and supervise show set teams during design and installation.
  • A highly motivated attitude with an ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and leadership.
  • Excellent proven skills on creating experiential production designs.
  • Must be flexible to accommodate business needs, including weekends, holiday, extended hours and special events.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift, and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Must be able to work in low lighting and sensory sensitive environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, flashing lights and smog?
  • Must have the ability to withstand cold and high temperatures and possible sun exposure?
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
