Shift will be 3-11:30pm The Assessment & Referral Clinician is responsible for intake calls, consumer assessments and consumer triage to the most appropriate, least restrictive level of care through collaborative efforts with attending and consulting physicians, case management, nursing teams and clinical treatment team members.
