ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Forklift operations to include; picker, stand up & sit down. Loading delivery trucks, unloading inbound freight, loading will call order for customers, Computer operations including; printing/reprinting pick labels, printing load sheets, looking up orders & printing POD for will call customer to include COD report. Review load sheets, emails and other communicates for special loading or delivery instructions. Verify all equipment is in safe operating condition and Company safety guidelines are observed. Insure shipments are ready for departure in a timely manner. Check dock and staging area for any material that should be on the truck Insure inbound freight, both transfers and supplier shipments are received, verified processed to meet delivery requirements. Check in and put in location any mill truck loads, stock transfers and RA's to proper locations. Report customer order issues and any received freight issues to supervisor. Verifying returns against return authorization paperwork.   Position Requirements · High school diploma or equivalent · Experience working in a warehouse environment · Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods including experience operating a forklift  · Ability to lift heavy objects · Good organizational and time management skills · Basic computer, reading, writing and math skills required; MS Office experience preferred     Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Shift Days   Division JJ Haines   Exempt/Non-Exempt Non-Exempt   Location Wytheville   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
