PT Mental Health Technician- CSP La Crosse 

Description

This Mental Health Technician position is part time, up to 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide comprehensive community mental health services to adults with severe and persistant mental illness including but not limited to:
    • Supportive contacts to CSP (Community Support Program) clients; education and assistance to clients in developing independent living skills (i.e. cleaning, hygiene, cooking, shopping, money management, social skills, attending medical appointments). This includes providing transportation or assistance setting up transportation as needed.
    • Conduct daily evening medication delivery/client check ins as needed. This includes weekends and holidays.
    • Collaborate with CSP Case Management Staff related to client treatment needs. This includes attending staffing meetings during scheduled shifts. 
 
Position Requirements
  • Experience working with mental illness preferred
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Good driving record
