Essential Duties Include: Answer phones and monitor emails, handling all inquiries/orders/complaints in a friendly demeanor. Provide information about Ace Endico's products and services. Document and update customer records using our in-house software. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services. Other responsibilities, as needed.
