Local Company is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant in Wenatchee WA. Need a self-starter who can complete time sensitive job tasks completing work orders and other clerical tasks with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities

This position is responsible for data entry, handling paperwork, answering phone calls and questions, completing work bids, scheduling and other special projects.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 to 2 years of office/clerical experience preferred or similar qualifications.
  • Must have strong customer service and organizational skills.
  • Dependable, motivated & detail oriented.
  • Microsoft Office & Google Suite experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, and maintain confidentiality as appropriate.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
  • Positive & professional attitude.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up and interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Flexible; willing to expand duties as the situation dictates.
  • Self-starter, able to execute duties with minimum supervision.

Compensation: $17-$20/hour depending upon experience.

All offers are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background investigation.
