We are actively seeking a Warehouse Lead Associate for our distribution center located in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The hours are Sunday to Thursday 10:30pm to 7am

The essential functions of the role include, but not limited to:
The Warehouse Lead assists the Area Manager by providing work direction, supervision and coordination of the activities of workers engaged in product storage, loading, order picking, and/or receiving operations.
Assigns tasks to workers as directed by Area Manager and monitors workload
Picks, loads, and/or receives as required.
Inspects orders for: accuracy, damage, packaging, and quality.
Safely operates all equipment and/or machinery and performs routine safety checks and enforces safety policies, practices, and standards.
Maintains department in neat and organized manner.
Continuously suggest work method changes or improvements to Area Manager.
Runs load status report and research discrepancies or missing orders.
Ensures daily priorities are met.
