Job Description
Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking a qualified, trained and capable individual who is an experienced Adobe Certified Professional and a subject matter expert experienced in using AEM forms design software.
This position supports the design and revision of official CBP Forms. FMP currently utilizes Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Designer 6.5 to create and edit official CBP Forms. CBP uploads and posts these 508 compliant fillable pdf files on two platforms: CBP.gov for public forms and CBP Forms (SharePoint) for CBP employees.

Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive): Must be an experienced Forms Designer who is proficient at utilizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Designer 6.5. - Professional experience in analysis, design, development and implementation of applications and forms using Adobe LiveCycle, Work Flow, Forms Designer, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe Reader, XML, HTML, JavaScript.
- Use JavaScript for validating data, developing automatic calculations for form fields such as calculating total amounts or percentages.
- Experience in creating interactive, non-interactive, static, and dynamic forms using Adobe Forms Designer.
- Proficiency with 508 compliance and accessibility on Adobe forms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand client’s business needs.
- Ability to document a program’s requirements to design a form.
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior staff.
- Meet with customers to virtually troubleshoot forms in live working sessions.

- Three (3) to five (5) years of Adobe forms design experience with AEM or LiveCycle software.
- An undergraduate degree with a similar field of training is a minimum, and an Adobe Professional Certification is required.
Individual must undergo an Agency background check to qualify for this position. This position is contingent upon award of a contract.
