Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking a qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as Project Manager at the United States Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Forms Management Program (FMP) To support CBP programs by designing and revising CBP Forms. FMP is the custodian of all official CBP Forms, under which official forms are designed, tested, approved, and posted for use by CBP employees and the general public.
This position supports the design and revision of official CBP Forms, as well as program management and customer service support functions. FMP currently utilizes Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Designer 6.5 to create and edit official CBP Forms. CBP uploads and posts these 508 compliant fillable pdf files on two platforms: CBP.gov for public forms and CBP Forms (SharePoint) for CBP employees. Program and customer support services are needed with tasks such as responding to emails and inquiries that are sent via email to the FMP mailbox, updating and inputting information in the FMP database (SQL), uploading and managing the forms on FMP official platforms.
Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive):
Must be an experienced Program Manager (PM) who is proficient at connecting with and managing people, personalities and motivating a team. The PM shall be responsible for ensuring work and all tasks are completed accurately and on time. The PM shall orchestrate day to day operations of the team, ensuring the team is working productively and with accuracy. Additionally, the PM shall be responsible for inputting all work into the Forms Master Data Sheet, tracking tasks, having the awareness of what each team member is working on, as well as being aware of all customer issues and responses to programs and customers.
- Overall project governance, direction, and implementing course corrections as needed.
- Ensuring all CBP Forms are accurate and updated as needed.
- Making sure the Forms Database is accurate while validating forms’ ownership information and updates.
- Reviewing customer requests for revisions and approvals for edits.
- Monitoring and tracking form assignments.
- Updating Forms Master Data file in Teams.
- Communicating with customers to provide completion status updates or any needed clarification on form revisions.
Skills / Certifications:
- Three (3) years of Information Technology (IT) experience in Adobe, HTML and SQL experience is required.
- One year (1) of experience project management or team lead is required.
- A PM certification is not required but preferred in project or program management.
It is preferred, but not required, that an Associate’s or bachelor’s degree have also been earned in a related field of study, such as a Business degree, Program or Project Management, or Information Technology, or similar related field of study.
Individual must undergo an Agency background check to qualify for this position.
This position is contingent upon award of a contract.
