Our Clinical Counseling Program combines evidence based knowledge with a welcoming and collaborative environment that supports both staff and the survivors we serve. The Child & Family Therapist is a valued member of the team who provides direct therapeutic services to children impacted by intimate partner violence as well as advocating for child clients as needed. This includes coordinating with family and other support resources where appropriate and relevant to the childs treatment. The Child & Family Therapist participates is part of a team of staff who address trauma, mental health and other clinical issues clients may present. Therapy is provided both in person and through telehealth format. Experience/Requirements: Masters level licensed Social Worker, Professional Counselor or Psychologist. One (1) year related experience. Knowledgeable about child development and family systems, diagnosis, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children exposed to trauma.
