You will play a critical role in maximizing sales with our existing customers and developing and servicing future customers to continue securing McFarling Foods, Inc as an industry leader. Your responsibilities will span a vast array of skills, including but not limited to the following: Become the Distributor Sales Representatives' coverage and support person, conducting customer visits to take orders and provide product resolution. Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads. Work closely with regular and prospective customers in assigned territory to solicit orders, display or demonstrate products, provide samples, deliver products, and showcase problem-solving in managing customer orders. Work directly with inside sales representatives and purchasing personnel. Tracks stock levels and coordinate customer training.     Position Requirements Qualified candidates must possess, at a minimum: High school diploma/GED or equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license. Some knowledge of the food industry and related products is a plus. Prior sales experience is preferred, not required. Adhere to customer service principles and practices, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. An inquisitive and curious nature. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from internal and external customers.
