Bolton & Menk has a great opportunity for a Project Engineer to join our Baxter office and help serve our northern Minnesota clients. This position offers the opportunity for you to join a well-established firm with a long history of superior service. What You Will Do:
As a Project Engineer you coordinate planning, development, and completion of projects ensuring client satisfaction. You work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations. This role will have a focus on our municipal market.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Professional Engineer in the State ofMinnesota
- 4+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including experience working with municipal infrastructure preferred
- Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred skills:
- AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
- Knowledge of MnDOT requirements
- Erosion and Sediment Control
- Experience with public contact and presentations
