Independently planning, carrying out, and reporting results on research projects. Leading and conducting formulation work for new product development and improvement of current products. Conducting routine physical and chemical tests for assigned projects. Carrying out maintenance for laboratory equipment. Providing technical support to the manufacturing sites, customers, and other Company personnel, for new and existing formulations. Developing and validating new analytical test methods. Active contributor of ideas for team’s project pipeline. Preparing oral and written test reports, public presentations and posters, and patents. Working with regulatory on global product registration. Maintaining documentation as pertinent for development projects including but not limited to project plans, project budgets, etc.   Location Kansas City, MO   This position is currently not accepting applications.
