Program Coordinator 


Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee the operation of Family & Children Center's Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facility and other programs and related staff.
  • Assist in the development of the annual program budget and monitor revenue and expenses of the programs throughout the year. 
  • Act as a liaison with the community to promote, market and advertise the program.
  • Manage multiple priorities
  • Ensure the facility is in compliance with state statues.
  • Develop policy and procedures in accordance with state statutes and agency best practices.
  • Implement creative solutions.
  • Problem-solve issues when they arise.
  • Provide leadership during emergency situations.
  • Manage, coach, mentor and develop employees.
  • Have a flexible schedule to be able to help cover open shifts at the IRTS facility.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the agency’s mission, vision, and values.
Position Requirements
  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field
  • Experience working with individuals with persistent and severe mental illness.
  • At least two years experience as a program manager or supervisor in the field.
