Share Email Opening Title Program Coordinator  Description Responsibilities include: Oversee the operation of Family & Children Center's Intensive Residential Treatment Services (IRTS) facility and other programs and related staff. Assist in the development of the annual program budget and monitor revenue and expenses of the programs throughout the year.  Act as a liaison with the community to promote, market and advertise the program. Manage multiple priorities Ensure the facility is in compliance with state statues. Develop policy and procedures in accordance with state statutes and agency best practices. Implement creative solutions. Problem-solve issues when they arise. Provide leadership during emergency situations. Manage, coach, mentor and develop employees. Have a flexible schedule to be able to help cover open shifts at the IRTS facility. Demonstrate a commitment to the agency’s mission, vision, and values.   Position Requirements A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field Experience working with individuals with persistent and severe mental illness.
