Provide individual and group therapy to a caseload consisting of up to 6-8 residential clients. Provide psycho-educational and/or social skills training groups, per the Residential Activity. The schedule includes but is not limited to DBT therapy and provides group therapy once per week. Meet with individuals to follow up on any evening and/or weekend issues. Discuss, review, and create Initial Recovery Plan in collaboration with program participants. Complete Bio-Psychosocial History/Evaluation and Master Comprehensive Recovery Plan.   Position Requirements MSW and at least one year of experience. Knowledge of chemical dependency and the recovery process with particular awareness of the needs of women from diverse cultures. Familiarity with or experience in women's clinical issues. Competence in individual and group therapy with an emphasis on empowerment. Ability to empower women and provide a safe environment.
